The Executive Specialist to Executive Director of Human Resources supports the district's mission by performing specialized clerical and technical duties that advance the operations of the Human Resources department. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director of Human Resources, General Counsel, and Human Resources staff. The Executive Specialist maintains a high level of confidentiality, delivers responsive customer service, and ensures accuracy and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

The Graphic Design and Production Specialist supports both print and digital media district-wide. Work includes designing and illustrating original graphics, creating and/or editing style guides, creating, reviewing, refining and/or reformatting documents to comply with branding standards, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additionally, this position sets up, maintains, and operates production machinery, monitors workflow, and completes finishing processes to meet districtwide publication needs and production deadlines.

The Graphic Design and Production Specialist will oversee projects from concept to completion, meeting and/or corresponding with clients, creating mock ups and/or proposals, and ensuring print and production finishing.
