Good morning folks of Manvel Rosharon Iowa colony and surrounding areas. I would like to take this opportunity to inform yall who drive the Meridiana Parkway between Hwy 6 and 288. There is a section of road on both the west and east side that is covered by sheet of water. This is due to the irrigation leaking. This area is on a curve and or bend in the road. As the weather gets colder this small section of roads might and or will turn into Black Ice. For those who don't know what this is. It's when water freezes on the road. You will not know until it's to late. So be CAREFUL out there.
