Texmore Incorporated is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Paint Tech to join our Maintenance team.

This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and stenciling containers and equipment to company standards — supporting operational efficiency and maintaining quality in-house.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Surface prep (grinding, sanding, cleaning)
• Operate paint sprayers and power tools
• Apply paint & stenciling to branding standards
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

✅ Qualifications:
• Industrial painting or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Detail-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
