Kitchen Witch

This is good anywhere with anything. Celery, green apple, cucumber & dill salad
8 - 10 celery stalks ( “outer” mixed with “inner” stalks) peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 large “English” cucumber peeled & diced small
1 green apple, diced small
1/4 cup chopped dill, stems & leaves
1-2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Zest & juice from 1 lemon

Mix in a bowl.
Serve chilled.
