Women's Peri-Menopause/Menopause IFS Group

Every woman has their own unique journey through the significant life transition time leading to menopause. This Internal Family Systems experiential group will focus on concerns such as negative beliefs, emotional and psychological experiences, body image, and relationship issues. This group will be held bi-weekly beginning Monday February 3, 2025 for 8 sessions at a cost of $75 per session. 8 person limit.
