Last week, we uncovered 3 layers of old felt during a roof replacement.

This is exactly why we believe in going all the way down to the decking. While everything may look fine from the surface, the decking is the only way to properly inspect for hidden damage, soft spots, moisture issues, and previous shortcuts that could shorten the life of your new roof.

A new roof is only as strong as what's underneath it. Taking the extra step to inspect the decking helps ensure your roof is built to last.
