Popped in a 6 door Ubiquiti access control system using enterprise access hub. Motorized Crash bars for free egress and wired hinges. No visible cables. This was done post CO due to the customer not approving while we were IN construction. So yes, it costs about 40% more due to the labor and expertise required to perform clean install.
