I can honestly say this was my least favorite part of the house when we bought it. It was also the hardest part for me to visualize & figure out what direction I wanted to go with it while renovating it. I am beyond happy with what I chose & can’t wait for the next few steps of getting our flooring & the built ins painted. The past two years we had been discussing & debating about finding a home closer to my husband’s family. We finally decided to do it this summer. We sold our house that we built almost 5 years ago without having a house lined up to purchase. It was the scariest thing we have done but it allowed us to take our time & find a layout that worked for our family in the neighborhood we wanted. We closed on August 26th and have been in the middle of a complete renovation since. Today we finalized our tile selections for the master bathroom, half bathroom, upstairs bathrooms, & our fireplace. I am beyond happy with our selections & I can’t wait to see the finished product.
