Andrews Farm

It's raining! That's a good thing, even on the Fourth of July. Not only does it signal the end of the heat wave of the last few days, it also gives the young vegetable crops a good drink, just in time to keep them growing as well as they have been.
So it's welcome - as long as it clears out in time for the fireworks tonight...

out early doing some work outside and heat is already a killer,,so in for hydration and about to go back out in killer awfulness because need to get in another planting of sweet corn today...am wondering some if i get heat stroke today if it will all be worth it ??...most likely will be since customers will like the sweet corn even if i'm not around anymore to sell it to them
