Nile Tilapia will be available for sale when they reach full size! At the soil farm in East Syracuse, we utilize organic growing practices, fertilizing only with compost and fish waste that has been removed from the aquaponic system. We are experimenting with many different crops such as tomatoes, beans, broccoli, watermelons, herbs, peas, peppers, squash and more. We're constantly experimenting with different varieties of vegetables, particularly lettuces and herbs, so if there is something you would like us to grow, lettuce know!
