South Central MN Project Community Connect (PCC) is a free, one-stop resource event that helps low-income households access education, employment, food, health, legal, recreational and transportation services. The goal of the PCC is to improve people’s lives by offering avenues for them to increase their income and access to resources, health services and leisure activities.

Join us for Project Community Connect on Tuesday, April 21 from 1-4 p.m. at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center's Grand Hall. This is a FREE community resource event. More than 80 service providers will be available to help. Find many resources all in one place, including: housing, employment, disability, food, legal and more.
