I attempted to do a live tonight but the wind and service were crap so maybe we will try again tomorrow

The w**ds are always a thing but we have been keeping up better than we usually do and that is a win!
We have been working on landscaping around our store for the last year and finally got back to working on it today and can’t wait for it to all come together- it’s looking cute!

Lastly I know I can use Google lens but you all are better….what is this plant ?! I planted it in my native garden and the bees and butterflies lover her but I can’t for the life of me remember what it is !

While we are a flower farm we definitely offer more and one area I want to continue to grow is fruit. I have plans to add all the fruits to our farm one day which I will use to make all the jams and desserts imaginable.
Currently we have a micro orchard of apples and plums, raspberries, strawberries, and rhubarb (yes I know it’s technically a vegetable but it goes in dessert so…)
I think I want to add cherries too -but was told Mn hardy cherries are more tart? I think I’ll do it anyway because why not and if I bake them we can counter the tartness.

We’ve now hit w**d season. I have a love hate relationship with the rain.
Pro is free watering and it makes the flowers sprout up! Con is it also makes for w**ds galore. Seriously the creeping Charlie is ridiculous this year.
Credit goes to Kevin for this transformation, I keep the planted rows clean and he keeps the walkways … this deal is honestly because he’s too rough and can’t handle w**ding around each plant 😅 so we play our strong suits and get the job done together
