The newest part of the Summit Headquarters was constructed the year the Ford Model T came out. It is falling apart.

The campus upgrade will overhaul the 29,000 square foot hotel (electric, plumbing, HVAC, en-suite bathrooms, kitchen upgrades, and a historic facelift). Plus it includes expanded facilities for faculty and staff.

Accomplishing this plan would enable us to operate year-round and double our capacity. We will use this capacity to substantially grow our training of teachers, influencers, and leaders.

Summit has never been more in demand, and the rising generation is worth this investment.

This is the biggest historical renovation taking place in the state of Colorado right now. By faith, we hope to begin the work in September 2026 so we can re-open before the 2028 season. The total cost is $25 million and—praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ—it is 75% funded.
