The monsters are almost here!
Join us for the 3rd Annual Manitou Monster Project Showcase! This year’s event brings together student imagination and local artist collaboration in two creative projects that you won’t want to miss:
Manitou Monster Project
Kindergarteners dreamed up wild monsters, and local artists reimagined them in their own styles. See the original drawings side-by-side with the artists’ creations!
The 3D Monster Project
Fourth grade students learned to use Tinkercad to design digital monsters. Over the summer, classes selected base designs to 3D print. Now, as fifth graders, students are customizing and painting these printed monsters in art class, transforming them into truly unique creations.
