Are you passionate about uplifting youth voices and strengthening community health? CADCA is looking for a dedicated professional who believes in the “Youth Led, Adult Guided” approach to help lead the Upstream Kansas Youth Leadership Prevention Program.
In this role, you will:
✨ Coordinate youth leadership activities, events, and trainings across Kansas
✨ Support coalition-based prevention efforts and youth advisory groups
✨ Collaborate with state agencies, partners, and subject‑matter experts
✨ Assist with grants, work plans, budgets, and reporting
Ideal candidates bring:
âś” Strong public health program coordination experience
âś” Background in youth leadership, community coalitions, or prevention initiatives
✔ Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
