K-State Spanish

Day 27 - Day trip to the north, exploring the Valle de Baztán and the Zugarramurdi on the French border. It was hot and humid, but we walked through the caves, visited a rural Quesería to learn about Navarra's sheep's milk cheese (Idiazábal), enjoyed lunch on the French/Spanish border, and stopped in Elizondo on the way back to Pamplona.

Day 25 - Nearing the end of our 3rd week of classes! After class we had a special “paella” lunch, celebrated Jack’s 21st birthday (felicidades!!!), and despite the heat, several of us made it back to campus to learn how to play variations of “Pelota vasca,” and rewarded ourselves with ice cream after. We ended the day with our final 🥲 Juevintxo!
