Earlier this week I went on the most epic 1 and a half hour run in Rome - probably the best of my life, and one which I’d love to do again.

1. I started near Termini station
2. Went to the Colosseum then around the Circo Maximo
3. Then up the River Tiber
4. To the Castle of Angels
4. Then to St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican
5. I went back up the River Tiber all the way to the Villa Borghese by the Tempio de Esculapio, the to the Villa Medici
6. Down the Spanish Steps towards the Trevi Fountains and the Piazza da Venizia
7. Finally, the final stretch was the Foro Romano, ending at the Colosseum

Incredibly epic! Highly recommend - but you’ll need to start at 5 or 6am!! :) 🏃‍♂️ 🇮🇹
