This award recognizes faculty members who exemplify leadership, community service, and operational excellence.

As our MAcc director and Beta Alpha Psi faculty advisor, Ms. Ramirez-Mathews is a dedicated advocate for student success and is always willing to step in where help is needed. She has also played a key leadership role in organizing our international study abroad programs and strengthening the planning process for future trips.

👏 Congratulations to Jacob Mason of the K-State Herbel Family School of Accountancy on his selection into the highly competitive Postgraduate Technical Assistant (PTA) Program with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Jacob is the first K-Stater to earn this prestigious national opportunity.

“I’m honored to be representing Kansas State University at the FASB,” Jacob said, “and hope that by being a participant, it will demonstrate to the students who come after me that Kansas State belongs at any table.”
