WPRA awarded 1st Place 2018 Justin Best Footing Awards® recipient for the Prairie Circuit Manhattan's only professional rodeo with contestants from the PRCA and WPRA features eight action-packed events, including steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, team roping, bull riding, ba****ck riding, barrel racing and breakaway roping.
