Hydration for All Ages (Kids)
Kids don’t tolerate heat as well as adults and often forget to drink while playing. Help them stay safe by scheduled water breaks every 15 minutes during activity. A goal of at least 1/2 cup of water during those breaks is a great start. Contact your local extension office to learn about resources to help you stay healthy.
