EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Each year we get to combine our goals of employee education and community service by participating in the Latham Pool Builder Academy. This program offers field training for pool builders by Latham industry experts as they build a pool from start to finish using the latest products and methods. This pool is donated to a pre-selected family from an underserved community. Program participants gain hands on experience with design and construction methods and the receiving family is left with the in-ground swimming pool of their dreams! But our employee education does not stop there. From BioGuard Chemistry training and regular factory training on all major brands of pool equipment, training and certification for all of our hearth specialists through the Hearth Patio and Barbeque Association (HPBA) and the National Fireplace Institute (NFI)- we ensure that our employees receive the highest quality training and industry education to offer you quality service, buyer confidence and peace of mind.
