Welcome to MyoManhattan! I stumbled across the field of OMT while working with kids at my current job. I noticed a lot of the kids who struggled with grinding, sleep, breathing, and behavioral problems also presented with similar dental characteristics. I completed a mentorship Dec 2021 and learned how to connect the dots and start helping people of all ages relearn how to properly control their tongue and facial muscles. Think of it as physical therapy for your mouth! Sessions can be in person or entirely through telehealth.
