You will be introduced to energy techniques such as Reiki, Breathwork, and Meditation. These modalities may assist you with transmuting energy that make be stuck in your body.

When we remove the veil of nonsense that we sometimes cover our life with, we are always brought back to the heart.

My hope for this year is that more humans go deeper into the heart space and spread some more love into this world.
