Project 2025 is a new name for the work The Heritage Foundation has been doing for over 40 years. They have published their policy manual, Mandate for Leadership, since 1980 and every Republican President since Reagan has implemented a great deal of their policies. They have played a central role in the extreme right takeover of the GOP and federal courts, including the Supreme Court. Donald Trump's first administration was full of their people and he implemented more of their policies than any President before him. This video from 2018 of a Fox interview of the Heritage Foundation and a former Trump campaign official establishes facts.
