You’re wasting too much time⏰

You have no clear idea what other tasks you need to do.

You’re burdening yourself with tasks that you aren’t supposed to do.

Or you’re too overwhelmed trying to do everything at once, you end up doing nothing at all😥

Relatable? Let me tell you four effective tips that helped me work efficiently and in effect, give me more time😌 (some of these tips are highly recommended by Forbes as well!)

1. Maximize free tools such as Clickup or Canva – Clickup is such a lifesaver! It helps me visualize what I’ve finished and what I’ve yet to do. (and no, we are not sponsored🤪)

2. Stop multitasking – Doing multiple things at once seems ideal, but it’s not humanly possible and you end up settling for mediocrity. You’ll find that you get things done faster if you focus one at a time.

3. Do things with intention – Before I start working on anything, I ask myself, “Should I be doing this?” If the answer is yes, ask yourself again, “Can I find an expert who knows how to do this well?” and do so (don’t be afraid to seek help from your colleagues!🤗)

4. Understand how you work – Do the biggest tasks when you’re most alert. I find that I’m most productive during evenings and early mornings, how about you?

You don’t have to hustle hard for hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor by doing these and just watch how much time you’ll free up✔️

Whatever it's called, the art of such has been present since the olden days; time and time again, it has proven its effectiveness😌

But what exactly makes this true?

The secret to manifesting is to ✨ complement it with action ✨ — actually putting in the work to achieve what you believe.

The more you tap into your own intuition and manifest it, the more it will really come to be! As you chant it in your head over and over again, you’ll eventually take the necessary measures to accomplish it😉

Without action, manifestation on its own is simply daydreaming, and I hate to say this but you’ll get nowhere when you’re stuck in your head😓

The new Instagram algorithm will work for and with you as long as you're VISIBLE and to do that, you have a few things to consider:

❗️Value - what type of content do you put out there? Does it resonate well with your chosen audience? You'll know more about this once you check the numbers behind your posts. The analytics will tell you what works and what doesn't with your potential clients📊

❗️Consistency - Instagram is soooooo smart, it tracks your presence a.k.a your prime time, how long you're in Instagram in a day, how often you post, etc so make sure you have a fixed and regular content schedule📆 Offhand, posting everyday might seem logical if you want to be as consistent as you can be but this will only clutter your audience's feed and might vibe off as annoying. On the flipside, you don't want to just post once a week since your audience might forget you and you'll get drowned out by everyone else. It's all about finding the right balance between the two⚖️

❗️Engagement - do you reply to comments? Direct Messages? IG Story? Instagram sees EVERYTHING👀 and you're totally at a disadvantage if you don't since you're missing out on opportunities to build relationships. Strike a conversation. Engage with your potential clients on a regular basis. Nowadays, people are more particular with relationship over the service you can actually provide.
