I can’t even put into words how great it felt to get back in the gym! This is my first visit since gyms were shut down due to COVID/Carona virus!

I got my first real training session in today, I’m not sure which half marathon I’m shooting for at the moment but it won’t be until late summer/early fall. I accomplished my main mission of running a full mile without walking. I have a large goal in mind that would be about year from now but first this period of craziness in the world needs to get sorted out!

Time for some uplifting time with my church family! Today is the start of the new series “Who Needs Christmas?”
