When I say understanding yourself, I mean really understanding. You will have to get honest about your strengths, weaknesses, and blindspots so you can work on yourself.

Knowing yourself means getting clear on what your values are, what motivates you, and being able to observe your personality and habits in action when they leap into sabotage you or send you into autopilot.

When you commit to increasing your awareness and knowledge of yourself, you’re on your way to building your confidence as a leader and showing up more courageously.
