AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, AND HOPING TO BE HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
Every once in a while we are surprised by a match that seems to just fall into place. Buffy (6 mo torti) and Skippy (9 mo tiger) were rescued from a small colony. After spending a little time with volunteers, they showed us that they were ready for a home and were moved to the Community Room with 2 year old Allan as the kittens are still quite shy and they needed a confident adult to teach them the ways. Allan was trapped behind the shelter, and was quite angry when he first arrived, but in no time, he showed us what a love he is. Within hours, this trio quickly bonded, and although we can appreciate that asking anyone to adopt 3 cats is a lot to ask, we would be so happy to see these three go home together as they have become quite bonded. 'Big brother Allan" is always near the kittens, and has been caught sitting on Skippy from time to time to help him feel protected if he was scared, and grooming Buffy to comfort her when she runs to him for security. Are you cat savvy, patient, and have a quiet, dog free home for this bonded trio? Stop in to meet them!

Heather went home.
Hello! It’s me, Heather, still patiently waiting to find my forever home. Don’t let the fact that I’m a diabetic scare you off ... My daily meds are easy to give. Sure I can get a little sassy sometimes, and yes ... I do expect to be your one and only Princess, but I promise, I’m quite the catch!
I’m told November is Adopt-A-Senior month ... maybe now is the perfect time to stop in to meet me, and give me the break I’ve so been longing for?

Sawyer is adopted and has gone home.
Meet Sawyer
Sawyer arrived to us from the streets early this summer. Little is know about this handsome boy’s past, but he did arrive with an obvious struggle with balance. When he walks, he seems to have some difficulty judging where the floor is beneath him, causing him to exaggerate his step. Sawyer has undergone extensive medical evaluation, and no cause for these issues has been found. Sawyer is now looking for his forever home with a family that is willing to look past his mobility issue. He is very affectionate, loves to be pet, and will come running out toward you when his cage door is opened, anxious to steal some of your time. Sawyer can be easily overstimulated, so his new home should not have young children, but a laid back cat should be ok with him. Does Sawyer sound like the perfect cat for you? Stop by to meet him during adoption hours!
