Here it is! The Coop D'Etat belgian saison, a refreshing and light offering for those fleeting summer days. Traditional in style, this one has grown on me more and more as I have let it change and evolve in taste. The theme itself is meant as both a pun (chickens, hah!) and a name representative to the times we live in. If you are unsatisfied with leadership and representation, get out there and change it. Stand your ground! No bu****it or settling for less than the best. Yeah, that about covers it. Thank you everyone for your honest feedback on this one.
