require a blend of techniques to address the whole body. Kelly’s combination of training, experience and intuition brings forth a unique healing experience. In addition, Kelly is an E RYT-500 and certified C-IAYT yoga therapist. She has completed her 200 hour certifications in yoga teacher training in Tantra Hatha Yoga, Daoist Yoga, Primal Vinyasa � and completed her 300 hour yoga therapy certification through the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies. She is currently studying Primal Vinyasa Therapeutics (300 hr) and completing a 3 year program with Somatic Experiencing International. Kelly teaches weekly public yoga classes in West Hartford. She also teaches both group and private trauma informed yoga classes at a residential facility for girls.
