Coffee is a detoxifying antioxidant , and it is often used to do enemas . It does have some effect on a colon, when it is added to the water, that enters your colon during a colonic. It promotes the peristaltic movement and stimulates bile flow.
There is no scientific evidence that proves or disapproves that coffee enemas are helpful, so I take mine per orally)))) and I find that it does my body good this way too!)))
I have tried all kinds of colon cleanses over the years, and I can already say, that a colonic that’s done by a professional does no need anything but water!
