Yesterday was great at the 2022!
Mike took second in the Middle weight class and Zach had the highest number of car deadlifts at 21!
We also got to meet which is always awesome!

Hey everyone, the Built 4 War team is holding a strongman clinic for the up and coming Star Spangled Showdown competition!
The day will start at 10am and you all will be able to get your hands on the equipment that will be used at the competition!
So if your interested come out to Pursuit nutrition and training in Windsor on Saturday the 26th of June to test out your skills before the big day on July 3rd!
