Stinging nettle (urtica dioica) is one of the first wild plants that comes up here in New England that I use for some beautiful medicine.

Nettle solid extract is a whole plant reduction full of nutrition and known to support the body’s histamine response.

So if you can’t roll in the pollen like some people, this might be for you!

*nettle solid extract is made with 2 ingredients. Nettle and vegetable glycerine.

Who has a guess on what the second one is? It’s a plant you likely know but the leaves are not generally available on the market, but rather the root.
