A great ForeseeHome catch by Henry Bausback, OD and The Eye Associates team.

Referred in April 2025, this patient tested consistently with ForeseeHome over the months that followed. In February 2026, a ForeseeHome alert led to a wet AMD diagnosis and prompt treatment while the patient’s vision was 20/25.

This case highlights the value of staying connected to patients between visits. With consistent monitoring over time, meaningful changes can be identified and acted on when follow-up is needed.

Congratulations to Dr. Bausback and The Eye Associates team on this important catch.

A great fellow-eye catch by Dr. Scott Prickett and The Eye Associates team with ForeseeHome.

This patient was referred in November 2025 with 20/30 vision and alerted in early February 2026. At the post-alert exam, wet AMD conversion was diagnosed while vision was still 20/30.

When a patient already has wet AMD in one eye, the fellow eye plays an especially important role in day-to-day vision. This case underscores the value of monitoring between scheduled visits, when conversion can occur before the next routine appointment.

A great catch by Dr. Atul Sharma and the Georgia Retina team with .

With wet already in one eye, this patient was referred in November 2022 to monitor the fellow eye and remained a consistent tester over time. More than three years later, wet AMD conversion was diagnosed following a ForeseeHome alert while the patient was still seeing 20/20.

Cases like this highlight the value of monitoring between office visits to support timely treatment, especially for patients whose second eye is at higher risk of converting and carries added importance for day-to-day vision.

Congratulations to Majda Hadziahmetovic and the Duke Eye Center team on this important ForeseeHome catch.

Referred in early January 2026 with 20/20 vision, this patient’s wet conversion was diagnosed at the end of March 2026, with vision still at 20/20. Cases like this are an important reminder that change can happen between regularly scheduled visits, before a patient notices symptoms on their own.
