Transforming a House into a Modern Rental Unit! 🏠✨ We recently completed a full gut rehab/renovation of a house that was just purchased, our customer had a goal of creating a stylish rental unit in a bustling college town. We met with them first to understand their vision and preferences. The project involved tearing down walls to create an open concept kitchen with a sleek island, electric outlets, and matte black fixtures. We also installed new flooring, paint, stairs, railing, and spindles. The bedrooms feature new drywall, paint, and an accent wall, along with stylish 2-panel doors. This project turned out amazing, and we're excited to work with them again on future projects!
