Fighting Back Scholarship Program

Our mission is to recognize and provide scholarships for individuals who are Fighting Back from a life changing injury or illness through courage, desire, and perseverance. We recognize and provide financial assistance for post-rehabilitative exercise to individuals who have suffered a life changing illness or injury and have endured that experience through courage, desire and perseverance.
