A new book about railroad ghosts includes Duffy's Cut in part one!

Senator Arlen Specter's letter of support for the PHMC Duffy's Cut historical marker helped us get the application over the finish line in 2004. It was quite a battle, necessitating a petition and numerous letters of support.
