A HUGE thank you to Kerry | Registered Sports Dietitian For Gymnasts🤸🏽♀️ for taking a visit at Synergy Gymnastics to help our gymnasts learn how to properly fuel for the sport!💪 Levels 2-10 and Xcel Silver-Sapphire got to learn what is the best meals/snacks for pre-practice, during practice, recovery, and so much more so that they can stay healthy and strong in such a demanding sport. It was so great to have Kerry come, until next time!🩵🤍
