An exciting update from one of our Owner Builder properties in Montgomery, TX!
This project is really beginning to take shape, bringing us one step closer to seeing this custom home come to life.
Recently, the property was cleared, select fill was brought in to properly level and prepare the site, and the form survey was completed to establish the foundation layout. Next up, we’ll begin preparing for the foundation pour (another major milestone in the building process!)
