It’s National Women’s Pizza Month, and I’ve got to say — the pizza community is pretty incredible for recognizing the amazing women who help keep this industry alive. From owners, to operators, to the ones grinding it out behind the ovens every single day… this business would not run without them. 🍕🔥

Running a pizzeria is not easy. The hours are long, the work is hard, and the grind never really stops.

At Toasted Pizza Co, I can say with absolute certainty that this place would fail miserably if it weren’t for my wife, Kaitlyn.

This woman is unbelievable. She works a full-time job and still puts in countless hours helping run our food truck. Some weeks she’s pushing 80+ hours of total work without complaining once. She is the true foundation of this business and the reason we’re able to keep going.

If you ever see her in the truck, make sure to say hi and tell her thank you… because she’s the one making her husband’s life just a little bit easier and helping keep the pizza coming. ❤️🍕

When we first opened and built out the menu, there was one pizza I knew had to be on it — the supreme.

The smell alone made the decision for me. Baby bella mushrooms, fresh peppers, and onions roasting together in the oven… that aroma takes me straight back to being a kid, walking into a pizza shop and getting hit with that classic, unmistakable scent of toppings cooking.

That smell is pizza. It’s tradition. It’s comfort.

So we created the Supreme Feen — our take on a true classic. Loaded with those timeless flavors, baked until everything caramelizes just right, and finished with a big, bold bite every single time.
