There are moments on this journey that ask you to set aside fear and simply trust.

My Grandparents on both sides of the family (Vang and Yang) were traditional old-school shamans. Like technology in today's modern world. Spirituality also changes. I still hold the old way of shamanism through my grandparent's shaman lineage but also choose to evolve. This does not make new shamans any less or better than old-school shamans. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐍𝐄.

This shaman journey wasn't about being perfect—it was about showing up with an open heart, honoring my ancestors, listening to my guides, and surrendering to the path laid before me.

From the outside, it may look like a single moment. But behind this moment were months of preparation, self-reflection, prayer, learning, and healing.

Every step on this spiritual journey continues to teach me the same lesson:

This day was not easy. Behind what may have looked effortless was months of mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation. I carried nervousness, uncertainty, and the weight of wanting to honor this journey the right way.

But my guides and angels kept reminding me of one thing:

Today, I was reminded.

Not every connection is meant to last forever. Some people arrive to awaken us, challenge us, heal us, or help us remember who we truly are.

In today's connected world, I'm always surprised by how many people have never heard of Distance Reiki. My very first Reiki session and experience, was all done remotely by distance reiki.

One of the beautiful aspects of Reiki is that energy is not limited by time or space. This means you can receive the benefits of Reiki healing from the comfort of your own home—no matter where you are.
