The Gymnastics Club was founded in 2002 to fill the void that was left after the varsity gymnastics program was cut in the early 90s. We provide co-educational practices that are open to all skill levels, and we have members ranging from complete beginners to gymnasts who have competed on a national level. A huge congrats to our team for a successful weekend at the Illini Invite in Champaign, IL! We had many athletes placing individually along with the women taking 3rd place and the men taking 2nd place overall!
Individual awards:
-Maddie Gleed 4th on bars, 3rd on balance beam, 3rd all around
-Turner Valle 4th on pommel horse, 3rd on rings, 3rd all around
-Jake Goss 3rd on pommel horse, 4th on rings
-Jake Melvin 5th on pommel horse
-Zach Lehmann 1st on parallel bars!
