When we evaluated this coffee we were buzzing from the first sniff to the final sip. This is a stunning coffee and we instantly knew we had to bring some in to share with you.

Blind Assessment
Vibrant, deeply fruit-forward. Blackberry, pineapple, cocoa nib, orange blossom and fresh sugarcane in aroma and cup. Juicy, sparkling acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and resonant, with notes of tropical fruit, cocoa nib and citrus flowers.

Produced by Paul Sirigine of Sirigine Coffee Producers, from trees of the Arusha, Blue Mountain, Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). A beautifully realized Papua New Guinea natural that combines vivid fruit intensity, floral elegance and remarkable sweetness in a lush, highly expressive cup.
