Each individual receives a service plan which is designed and delivered using a support team approach that leverages the unique skills and talents of our professional staff, including a full-time Director of Nursing who oversees and develops our health care intake, evaluation and support services to assure optimal wellness. In every aspect of our operations, we are deeply committed to quality. Our statewide Quality Assurance team establishes clear goals, benchmarks and outcomes for every service we offer and every employee who works for us. In addition, REM Wisconsin’s Director of Quality Assurance ensures we meet or exceed our quality of care standards as well as find new and better ways to safely and compassionately serve the people who depend on us.
