Tara Bain is the owner of Xcel Rehab, Inc. Tara earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi where she studied Sports Medicine and became a licensed athletic trainer. She then continued her education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, earning her Master's in Physical Therapy. Tara has been a PT in the outpatient field 20+ years, and takes pride in providing individualized treatment plans and one-on-one care for her patients. In addition to practicing Myofascial Release, Tara recently became certified in Dry Needling.
