Tip Tuesday is for the tenants this week. Do you often wonder what you can do so you get your security deposit back upon move out? Taking care of the property goes a long ways. Make sure you are keeping it clean, reporting any damages that occur (such as a leaky faucet, or closet door off the track). Follow the lease guidelines. When you move in you get a check in sheet. Go through the unit and note on that check in sheet if anything doesn't look/seem right.
