The other side of this Weeks closing is the pride I feel putting a friend into a beautiful well-built home in a lovely neighborhood.

A few days ago, after a 10 day delay, we finally closed this gorgeous home. It is another bittersweet closing. My next door neighbor of over 20 years trusted me to sell their home. They didn't move terribly far away but it is sad not to see them every day. Our kids played and grew up together. They have come to our aid in emergencies and tended to our pets when we were out of town. We have a special cul de sac. Everyone is excited to meet our new neighbor but we are all so sad that our life long friends will not be close. Congratulations!
