Low Voltage/Fire System Sales Support Assistant

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and multitasking self-starter to assist our low voltage and fire system sales team. This newly created position will have a direct impact on our sales team with the process of assisting our Lead Sales Executives in generating and retaining business for current and future customers. The individual we are looking for enjoys a mix of duties with rarely having the same tasks day-to-day.

Job Details:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
• On-site (Madison, WI)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to lay out a fire alarm system, BDA, emergency two-way communication, entry intercom, access control, and video surveillance system with little or no direction (Or willing to learn)
• Can place proper icons on electronic prints using Bluebeam software based on requirements for local, state, and national codes (Or willing to learn)
• Provide takeoffs to salesmen based off proposal documents
• Send out finalize proposals and estimates as prepared by salesmen
• Process and submit change orders to customers and office staff
• Maintain accurate listing of upcoming bids and their status
• Other sales related tasks as assigned
