Let’s get SNATCHED this summer 😉
A sn**ch is a move that targets almost your entire body in one movement.
You get glutes, quads, hammies, traps, lats, delts, triceps you name it.
It’s also kind of fun. I learned this move for a class I’ll be teaching in the Fall 👀 (more on that later) but it’s something that I use in my own workouts all the time now.
It’s functional and if you use a single dumbbell or kettle bell rather than a bar you get more core activation than you would with traditional weight lifting.
