CrossFit® Strength in Depth is an individual and team competition, which will be held in London over the 22-24 February 2019. The winning male, female and team will advance to the Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.

HOW CAN I TAKE PART?
To qualify for , there are two paths:

1. Receive one of 20 invitational spots (10 male/10 female). Invites will go out to a combination of past CrossFit® Games and Regional athletes.

2. Complete the CrossFit® Qualifier that opens on Sunday 25 November – Wednesday 5 December. The top 70 males, females and teams from the qualifiers will advance to the final in London.

CROSSFIT® STRENGTH IN DEPTH QUALIFIERS
Registration for Strength in Depth opens on Thursday 15 November 0800hrs GMT and closes at the conclusion of the Qualifiers on Wednesday 5 December 2000hrs GMT.

Three qualifying workouts (4 scoring opportunities) will be released on Sunday 25 November at 2000hrs GMT. All three workouts must be completed and submitted by Wednesday 5 December 2000hrs GMT.
